Job Summary
Create and update Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for data center construction projects from conceptual phase through close-out. Coordinate schedule creation and updates directly with project superintendents, incorporating design conflicts and clarifications. Conduct weekly schedule reviews at proposal, baseline, and update phases, producing reports for the general manager on project status. Manage means, methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources required for successful work execution. Develop proposal phase schedules from estimating team data and produce final as-built schedules upon project completion. Maintain the historical CPM schedule database and assist in developing claims through schedule performance analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills
- Five years or more of CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction
- Four-year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, and methods), scheduling systems, negotiations, engineering and cost control schedules
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
