Job Summary

Lead planning and scheduling efforts across multiple high-impact commercial construction projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and statements of work to prepare usable baseline schedules. Monitor schedules developed by Operations staff, provide necessary guidance, and interact with the Operations team to represent Clark and its partners to owners, subcontractors, and their representatives. Utilize analytics to identify project trends, evaluate actual construction status against proposed plans, and prepare Time Impact Analyses per accepted standards. Contribute to Corporate Initiatives including training development, data analytics, and trend identification while developing conceptual bid schedules for executive management. Travel to project sites and deliver specialized Planning and Scheduling training for the Corporate University. This role requires an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with 4+ years of commercial construction scheduling experience and advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6). The position offers a base salary of $90,000 - $185,000 and involves occasional travel to active construction sites with exposure to outdoor weather and moving equipment. Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 4+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects
  • Proven success in implementing strategic initiatives
  • Detail-oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
  • Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders, and project teams
  • High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of focused work
  • Sharp visual acuity for reviewing complex documents and performing detailed computer work
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 25 pounds on occasion

  • Pass a pre-employment drug 'fitness for duty' screening
