Job Summary

Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for aerospace programs, defining task dependencies, milestones, and critical paths while administering schedule change control. Perform critical path analysis, monitor schedule performance, and generate executive reports to identify emerging risks and delays. Evaluate schedule impacts from engineering changes and supply chain disruptions, then develop recovery plans in partnership with Program Managers. Establish scheduling standards, improve management methodologies, and train stakeholders on best practices. This role serves as the scheduling subject matter expert within the Program Management Organization, supporting complex development and aftermarket programs for in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of project scheduling, project controls, program planning, or related experience
  • Experience managing integrated master schedules across multiple functional organizations
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Earned Value Management Training
