Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for hybrid power facility projects, identifying critical paths across Solar, BESS, and Thermal technologies. Coordinate comprehensive scheduling requirements from initial design through construction, commissioning, and handover, integrating schedules from various disciplines and contractors to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project progress against established baselines, proactively identifying schedule variances, potential delays, and resource conflicts specific to hybrid power installations. Prepare and disseminate regular project schedule reports, progress updates, and look-ahead plans to project stakeholders, including project management, clients, and technical teams. Ensure all scheduling activities align with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Aggreko's internal quality and safety procedures for power generation facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project scheduling or coordination roles
- Experience within the power generation, renewable energy, or large-scale industrial project sectors
- Familiarity with the project lifecycle of energy facilities, including construction, commissioning, and grid connection processes
- Must have experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Must be prepared to travel to onsite in Cloncurry
- Must be prepared to work in a FIFO environment
