Job Summary
Project Sales & Marketing Consultant responsible for driving off-the-plan property sales (apartments, land estates, and house-and-land packages) from initial enquiry through exchange, settlement, and post-settlement handover. Build and maintain a buyer database through networking, manage buyer enquiries, nurture long-term relationships across extended sales cycles, staff project display suites, attend weekend open inspections, and collaborate with developers, builders, solicitors, and industry stakeholders. Provide market feedback and KPI reporting, assist with campaign execution and project launches, support database marketing, and work with the marketing team on social media content, video campaigns, and project promotion. Required: Project Sales & Marketing experience, Class 2 Real Estate Licence, current driver’s licence, own vehicle; CRM experience with PropertyShell and/or Reapit; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to manage prolonged pipelines and meet KPIs.

- Experience in off the plan developments
- CRM proficiency (PropertyShell and/or Reapit)
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
