Project Sales Manager (Infrastructure)

Job Summary
Plan and implement spec-in activities for infrastructure projects, including metro, airports, and power plants, by proposing technical solutions for waterproofing, flooring, and structural repair. Work directly with project owners and design consultants to follow projects from concept through bidding documentation, ensuring Company products are included in specifications and Bills of Quantities. Proactively hunt for business opportunities, build the sales pipeline, and negotiate commercial terms with general contractors and distributors. Convert technical specifications into supply opportunities while ensuring revenue achievement and debt collection. Maintain long-term relationships with key account holders and participate in industry events to stay updated on material trends and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials, Bridge and Road Engineering, or other related disciplines
- Minimum of five years of experience in the infrastructure sector and/or construction chemicals industry
- Experience in roles such as Specification, Project Sales, Technical Consulting, Technical Specialist, or Project Management
- Experience working with design consultants, project owners, and major infrastructure contractors
- Solid understanding of construction principles, construction methods, and practical application techniques
- Knowledge of waterproofing and flooring systems
- Knowledge of concrete admixtures
- Proactive, decisive, and result-oriented in work
- Ability to combine technical advisory capability, solution-selling mindset, and commercial thinking
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with partners
- Persistent, disciplined, and confident
- Ability to work independently, handle high pressure, and travel frequently as required
- Technical English proficiency sufficient for project communication
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of structural repair and protection is a significant advantage
