Job Summary
Project Sales Coordinator role focused on building effective relationships with internal and external customers and executing end-to-end internal project sales coordination. The ideal candidate is a graduate engineer or early-career professional with exposure to sales, able to read engineering drawings and take-off sheets, and capable of handling tender proposals and sales administration. Strong communication and presentation abilities, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency with Excel are essential. This role supports growth within an ASX-listed company and offers KPI-based incentives and career development opportunities. Responsibilities include customer/distributor engagement in electrical or mechanical industries and coordinating project sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in project coordination
- Tender proposals and sales administration experience
- Experience dealing with customers and distributors in electrical, mechanical or similar industries (advantageous)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
