Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of complex electrical structures and construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance and contractor safety plan implementation. Provide review and oversight of construction Health & Safety management procedures while consulting with executive management on safety initiatives. Attend safety department meetings, training workshops, and daily activity briefings to promote positive safety behavior across all projects. Manage subcontractor competency and enforce best practices to enhance overall safety culture. This full-time role requires a minimum of seven years in construction safety with advanced experience on data center or mission-critical builds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years' of construction safety experience
- formal qualifications in construction health and safety management
- Extensive experience in contractor communications
- liaising with design teams

- Advanced experience working on data center or mission critical builds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills

Desired Qualifications
