Job Summary
Develop new and innovative RF circuit designs by collaborating with cross-functional engineers to build robust, reliable solutions that meet real product constraints. Resolve manufacturing issues, part obsolescence challenges, and supply chain shortages while supporting existing products and systems. Conduct analog/RF circuit design, analysis, and verification to ensure certification compliance, utilizing rapid prototyping and design for manufacturing techniques. Maximize team effectiveness through direct mentorship from senior RF leaders, adhering to established design principles and testing practices. This role involves working on-site five days per week with 5-10% travel for inter-office collaboration and site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
- Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time for inter-office collaboration, site visits, etc.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
