Project Review Manager

Monitor employee performance against goals, provide real-time feedback, and coach staff to ensure efficient completion of Project Review responsibilities. Handle escalated issues from various departments and outside sources with guidance from the Director of Purchasing. Work directly with the Director of Purchasing to maintain SOPs and department policies, ensuring all documentation remains up to date. Oversee Quality Control and accuracy for the Project Review team while maintaining expert knowledge of all product lines and customer portals. This role supports the Regional Operations and Sales teams to help the company meet or exceed scheduling targets.
