Job Summary
The Project Remodel Specialist role involves ensuring high standards for store remodels and special projects, managing significant store product and fixture reconfigurations, and fulfilling client-requested merchandising tasks. Responsibilities include building and uninstalling sales floor fixtures, using basic hand tools for installation, setting merchandise to modular guidelines, and performing merchandising tasks or audits. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be eligible to work in the U.S., and possess the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs with assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
- Overnights are required
Desired Qualifications
- Retail experience preferred
- Ability to read a planogram/Mod, or retail remodel a plus
