Job Summary
Project Registration Specialist responsible for managing project registration with vendors to secure special pricing, supporting sales teams with quotes and contracts, and driving scalable processes. Key duties include collaborating with ADI branches, maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring accurate pricing and re-registration of price deviations, documenting efficient registration processes, and reviewing daily reports to identify opportunities. Requires advanced English, at least 2 years of experience supporting sales or customer service, and proficiency with Salesforce and Excel. Hybrid work arrangement in Querétaro, Mexico.
Required Qualifications
