Project Recruiter who will lead full life cycle recruiting for Kinross' Kettle River Operations and Curlew/Curlew Project in Washington State. responsibilities include managing job descriptions and postings, updating the applicant tracking system, developing candidate pipelines, coordinating virtual and in-person interviews, generating offer letters and relocation packages, overseeing pre-employment activities (background checks, physicals, drug and alcohol screening), handling immigration cases for current and new employees, maintaining knowledge of hiring regulations, and collaborating with HR, safety, and hiring departments to meet performance metrics.
