Project Quantity Surveyor (Civil Infrastructure)

Manage day-to-day QS duties including measurement, cost evaluation, variation assessment, and payment applications for major civil infrastructure projects. Administer subcontracts, perform cost comparison analysis, and draft contractual correspondence while evaluating NEC Compensation Events and maintaining risk logs. Prepare monthly cost-value reconciliations and forecast final accounts through direct liaison with client cost consultants, engineers, and site operations teams. This role supports the commercial team on multi-billion-dollar government public works and mega-infrastructure schemes, including railway expansions and new town infrastructure developments in Hong Kong.
