Job Summary
Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure high performance. Monitor and report on portfolio processes including non-quality costs, product non-conformities, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Master customer quality requirements and analyze contract requirements for project team kickoff meetings. Act as an agent of change by proposing innovations for cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. Establish processes and improve collaborative quality tools with clients. Identify risks and opportunities at the portfolio level while developing associated action plans. Define the quality plan for the client's entire project portfolio and coordinate customer satisfaction surveys. Support the Senior Director of the Project Portfolio in managing non-quality costs, claims, and corrective actions. This remote role requires a Bachelor's in engineering with 10+ years of hydropower experience and pays between $114,100 and $190,200.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in the hydropower industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and tools
- Relevant experience in project management
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel occasionally within USA and around the world
