Project Quality Management – EMEA Pole Quality Manager

Job Summary
Analyze data from Customer Events to investigate trends and systemic root causes, coordinating with Quality colleagues when existing projects cannot address them. Drive Pole NCR data quality and customer impact by managing daily critical and high-aging Non-Conformity Reports, including timely follow-up, distribution, containment challenges, and appropriate assignment. Lead cross-functional Root Cause Analyses to improve first-past-yield gate reviews by tracking Root Cause Identification and Corrective and Preventive Actions. Support ISO 9001 recertification, develop Quality Alerts, and represent the Quality Function in Customer Meetings to address long-term actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality
- Experience working within complex, multi-site, multi-region organizations
- English fluency
- Ability to travel and work in the pole countries as required
