Job Summary
Project Quality Engineer to drive APQP deployment and automotive product development standards across an international, multicultural environment. Responsible for defining, managing and tracking product/process planning milestones to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal procedures. Monitor KPI performances, identify risks and implement preventive actions. Manage risk change matrix with corrective actions and full traceability across departments. Lead quality and development reviews, acting as the interface between functions, suppliers, and the project team, and presenting reports. Requirements include an engineering industrial degree, experience in Li-ion battery cell manufacturing is advantageous, cross-functional team leadership, APQP facilitation, strong communication in French and English, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Industrial degree
- Experience in Li-ion battery cell manufacturing is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating APQP processes
- Ability to engage and influence other functions involved in technical development
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to manage priorities, deliverables, and deadlines efficiently with minimal need for escalation
- Continuous improvement mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Languages required: French (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
