Project Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions.
• Significant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine, and/or Generator sector.
• Proficient in 8D problem solving, RCA, FMEA, and related methodologies.
• Familiar with standards such as ISO 19443, EDF requirements, ASME NQA-1, IAEA GSR Part 2, or CSA N299.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); French is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of PED and NDT practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates a customer-centric approach to defining quality standards and setting priorities.
• Capable of delivering impactful presentations and quality training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering designs and mechanical specifications.
• Willing and able to travel as required.

Additional Requirements

• Fluent in French is mandatory for contractual obligations.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in quality roles associated with manufacturing and engineering.
• Must be able to travel as required.
