Project Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary
Act as Project Delivery QA representative for third-party certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO ISMS. Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management System principles across the organization and provide guidance on project quality plans. Oversee QA project milestone checks, prepare teams for customer audits, and manage customer complaints by coordinating corrective action reports. Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, facilitate customer satisfaction surveys, and support internal, regional, and vendor audits. Lead crisis management reporting for site accidents and provide quality input for sale proposals. Maintain the Project Delivery Risk Register and promote the Quality System via the SharePoint portal. Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience in Project Quality Assurance required, preferably within Oil & Gas or Process Automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Quality Assurance role
- Relevant experience in ICSS system, such as DCS, FGS, etc.
- Strong Knowledge and understanding of ISO Standards and Quality Management System
- Demonstrated experience in conducting and supporting ISO audits, including internal, external, customer, and/or supplier audits
- Good knowledge of project quality processes, including quality planning, inspection and testing, FAT, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, project teams, engineering teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders
