Project Purchasing Trainee

Job Summary
Purchasing Trainee will support the Purchasing team in Romania with data analysis to support business decisions, internal data gathering and consolidation, and preparation of Monthly Management Review templates. Responsibilities include preparing RFQs for Project and Category Buyers, following supplier status, initiating purchase orders for nonproduction materials and equipment with budget vs. cost follow-up, and active participation in cross-functional project teams. Requirements include a technical or economic university degree (finalized or ongoing), strong English, flexibility, MS Office proficiency, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Working hours are 8:00–16:30 (full time).
Required Qualifications
- Technical or Economic University Degree (finalized or ongoing)
- Advanced communication skills in English
- Flexible and adaptable
- Purchasing or other domain experience in Automotive industry is an advantage
- Analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Able to handle pressure and meet critical deadlines
- Skilled in MS Office package
