Job Summary
Project Proposal Engineer to bridge technical and commercial teams in Singapore, driving proposal development, costing, and quotations for E+H products and third-party packages; responsible for risk assessment, T&C reviews, customer engagement, technical clarifications, and coordination with Sales, Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure timely handovers to Project Execution, while delivering high-quality customer service and supporting sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Control, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Instrumentation and Automation/Control Engineering
- Strong technical expertise in applicable engineering domains
- Prior experience in the Water Wastewater industry
- Proven ability to prepare and manage project proposal
- SAP / Salesforce Lightning System knowledge (Would be an advantage)
- Solid project management skills (PMP certification is an added advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
