Job Summary
Lead platform change and migration projects across front office, operations, and technology functions for wealth managers, asset managers, and investment platforms. Deliver end-to-end regulatory or strategic change across multiple workstreams, leveraging approved AI tools and automation to enhance delivery efficiency and insight. Own project governance, tracking, and reporting while ensuring transparency and proactive risk management through appropriate review and oversight. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align priorities, guide client teams through change adoption and training, and champion responsible AI-enabled ways of working within the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Wealth & Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Banking & Payments
- Solid exposure to investment platforms or products—particularly Aladdin, Avaloq, Cinqor, FNZ, or Charles River
- Strong understanding of business architecture in investment firms—front office, operations, and middle office
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with matrixed stakeholder structures
- Effective communicator with a consultative mindset and ability to influence change
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve project delivery, collaboration, and productivity
- Ability to apply sound judgement when using AI-generated outputs, ensuring appropriate validation, auditability, escalation, and compliance with responsible AI and organisational governance standards
Desired Qualifications
- Background in consulting
- Experience with portfolio management systems and investment administration
- Business consulting experience, especially in regulatory-driven change
- Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology knowledge
- Familiarity with business readiness and user acceptance testing coordination
- Experience supporting AI-enabled transformation, automation, or technology modernisation initiatives within financial services
