Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of marketing programs for new product launches, ensuring alignment with Brand strategy. Develop and maintain all project-related documentation (scopes, requirements, timelines) and communicate with stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, ecommerce, legal, and customer experience, and partner with creative/content teams on Brand and campaign initiatives. Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and report updates at key milestones while managing vendor relationships and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 2 years of project management experience in marketing or ad agency
- preferably in the consumer goods industry
- strong understanding of product lifecycle and launches
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- team-player with entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
- resourceful self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
- energetic, friendly and self-motivated attitude
