Job Summary
Senior-level project leadership role overseeing complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion. Responsible for developing project charters, scope documents, risk assessments, budgets, and detailed schedules; leading cross-functional teams; managing vendors and contracts; ensuring effective stakeholder communication; and applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Must drive continuous improvement, mentor junior project managers, and stay current with industry trends. Requires 5–8 years of progressive project management experience in IT/Construction/Healthcare/Finance/Manufacturing with 1M+ project portfolios, ability to travel up to 25%, and strong skills in MS Project/Jira/Smartsheet, stakeholder engagement, risk management, budgeting, and change management. Educational prerequisites include a Bachelor’s degree; MBA and PMP/CSM certifications are strongly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification strongly preferred.
- MBA or similar discipline highly desirable.
