Job Summary
Lead the technical review of Business Cases to ensure strict compliance with approval workflows and maintain governance policies for all Business Units. Act as the primary link between the Centre of Excellence and Regional Capital Management teams to communicate audit results, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to global procedures. Facilitate Peer and CS Signing Meetings, including agenda creation and status tracking, to manage the project approval pipeline. Collaborate with Real Estate Transactions and Finance teams to verify that all contracts and leases have completed mandatory Business Case approval prior to legal execution. Execute bi-annual Quality Assurance reviews on capital projects and implement COE quality processes to maintain the integrity of global deliverables. Manage a diverse team by providing performance updates to leadership, driving talent development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in expense management, compliance auditing, financial controls or quality assurance
- experience working within an investment bank or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of Corporate expense policies and financial governance
- Experience in internal audits, financial controls or risk management within a multinational organization
- Knowledge of global construction practices, trends and cost indices
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and senior stakeholder engagement
