Job Summary
Manage production scope for assigned projects within agreed cost, quality, and economic frameworks. Coordinate all preparatory work required for project goals, assemble the production team in coordination with performance areas, and initiate customer acceptance procedures. Integrate production requirements into development phases, create and approve production concepts, and monitor production orders while implementing corrective measures for deviations. Facilitate internal kickoff meetings and project reviews, providing project-related control and reporting. Maintain overall production responsibility as the primary contact for all production aspects within the EW Series team.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbar
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Zusatzqualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, der Entwicklung und / oder dem Programmbereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Produktionsabläufe, der Produktionssteuerung und -planung
- Gute SAP R/3 und MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Entscheidungssicherheit, analytisches Denkvermögen
- Sicheres Auftreten und unternehmerisches Denken
- Eigeninitiative, selbständiges Arbeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
