Job Summary
Project/Product Manager for containerized/modular data centers overseeing federal government-focused projects from concept through delivery. Responsibilities include creating containerized data center bids/proposals, developing accurate project schedules with critical-path analysis, coordinating with purchasing and logistics, aligning stakeholder expectations, managing risks, and contributing to product documentation and sales/marketing content. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations, site surveys, data center installations, and customer visits are part of the role; required and preferred qualifications include a BS in a related field, 5+ years PM experience, data center manufacturing/ construction experience, PMP (preferred), Lean (preferred), and ability to obtain security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience performing project management on complex projects
- Experience with manufacturing or constructing data centers
- Experience with manufacturing or constructing products for federal government customers (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Experience with Lean concepts and applying them in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance
- Must be able to travel within CONUS and outside CONUS
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug tests and have a valid driver’s license
