Job Summary
Support project business processes including sales order entry, vendor purchase orders, and invoice processing within the ERP system. Review project budgets to ensure costs and financial transactions are accurately reflected, then coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to manage purchasing activities. Analyze project financial and operational data using Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools to identify discrepancies, risks, and trends. Develop reports and dashboards providing visibility into project financial performance, backlog, and shipping schedules. Reconcile customer purchase orders, sales orders, and change orders to improve data accuracy, while supporting project turnover and execution processes by reviewing documentation and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, finance, and operations to resolve issues and maintain accurate project information. Prepare reports for recurring reviews, identify exceptions, and track actions through closure. Develop and improve standard work and reporting practices to increase consistency and efficiency across Integrated Solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, project operations, procurement, financial analysis, supply chain, or related business function
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and business processes involving sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and project costing
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, lookups, pivot tables, and working with large data sets
- Experience developing or using Power BI reports and dashboards for business analysis and decision support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring transactional responsibilities while supporting multiple projects and changing priorities
- The position is an in-person, office-based role with infrequent travel to manufacturing sites with manufacturing and warehouse environments
