Job Summary
Manage project business processes by entering sales orders, processing purchase orders and invoices, and reconciling financial records within the ERP system. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate purchasing activities, manage change orders, and maintain effective vendor relationships. Analyze project financial and operational data using Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools to identify discrepancies, risks, and trends, then develop dashboards that provide visibility into project performance and key indicators. Reconcile customer purchase orders and project budgets to improve data accuracy and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues, prepare reports for recurring reviews, and document standard work practices to improve process efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, project operations, procurement, financial analysis, supply chain, or related business function
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and business processes involving sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and project costing
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, lookups, pivot tables, and working with large data sets
- Experience developing or using Power BI reports and dashboards for business analysis and decision support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring transactional responsibilities while supporting multiple projects and changing priorities
- The position is an in-person, office-based role with infrequent travel to manufacturing sites with manufacturing and warehouse environments
