Job Summary

The Project Procurement Manager (PPM) manages the project procurement lifecycle, overseeing materials and contracts management from proposal phases through project close-out. Responsibilities include drafting strategies, implementing procurement processes, coordinating with project management, engineering, and construction teams, supervising procurement staff, and ensuring adherence to ethical business practices. The PPM must have extensive experience in an EPCM environment, proficient negotiation skills, and understanding of procurement and legal contracts.

Required Qualifications

  • 12-20 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Training in Contracts/Legal
  • Proficient negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of procurement processes and corporate governance principles
  • Knowledge of quality systems and relevant regulations

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in EPCM project environment with capital projects
  • Experience with drafting commercial terms and conditions
  • Understanding of legal implications related to procurement
