Job Summary
Manage a focused portfolio of initiatives and project work for assigned clinical or non-clinical domains, serving as the primary point of contact for those areas. Coordinate multiple concurrent moderate to highly complex projects while regularly connecting with financial, operational, and clinical leaders to ensure consistency and alignment of priorities. This role requires collaboration across the health system to advance healing and reduce suffering as part of UC Health's adult academic health system.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a focused portfolio of initiatives and project work
- Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned domain(s)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent moderate to highly complex projects
- Ability to regularly connect with various financial, operational, and clinical / non-clinical leaders across the organization
- Experience ensuring consistency and alignment of operational and management priorities
