Job Summary
Oversee project planning and scheduling for enterprise-wide programs, developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and schedules. Coordinate with project managers and teams to gather requirements, monitor progress, and adjust timelines to meet deadlines. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure resource allocation aligns with priorities. Provide leadership to the project management team, implement best practices, and prepare status reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with organizational policies while facilitating clear communication among stakeholders. Valid driver's license and five years of project management experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of project management, construction management, engineering including leadership and direction of contractors and/or employees, oversight of people for budgeted projects and schedule
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools and software (e.g., MS Project, SAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership experience and ability to effectively manage a team
