Job Summary

Facilitate resource planning, lead meetings, and communicate with stakeholders to identify risks and implement strategies that minimize delays. Track performance, report on milestones, and support project managers with proposals and status presentations. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Planning Specialist, Project Planner, or similar role
- Expertise in planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, or similar)
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
