Job Summary

Coordinate and lead planning sessions with clients and vendors to develop the master project/programme schedule, establish baselines and critical paths; plan, develop and execute construction schedules with cross-functional teams; frequent travel to construction sites; collaborate with stakeholders, clients, contractors and subcontractors; develop and maintain detailed construction programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau; provide feedback from vendors/contractors into scheduling systems; implement planning and scheduling strategy; monitor schedule performance and deliver project status, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules; perform probabilistic schedule analysis and schedule risk analysis; identify deviations and propose corrective actions; demonstrate advanced MS Office and Primavera P6 skills; work autonomously and as part of a team with a strong focus on timely delivery and client service.
