Job Summary
Develop the Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6, managing logic sequencing, resource loading, and baseline changes while performing Critical Path Method analysis and Monte Carlo simulations. Coordinate across three business entities and varying time zones to consolidate disparate schedules into a cohesive master network, facilitating weekly and monthly cross-border alignment meetings. Monitor Earned Value Management metrics to measure project health, validate standardized progress rules, and prepare executive dashboards and variance analysis reports for leadership. Requires five years of planning experience in large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
- More than 5 years of planning/scheduling experience in large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, mining, or civil engineering projects (valued at $100M+)
- Proven track record of working within Joint Ventures (JVs), consortia, or matrixed organizations spanning multiple countries
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders who have competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to spot trends, anomalies, and schedule risks hidden within massive datasets
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (EPPM/PPM)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel (advanced macros/VBA), and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional)
