Job Summary
Project Planner coordinates and plans product development and qualification projects within the Technical department. Develops comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation; identifies and secures required resources; assists in budget preparation and tracking; assesses risks and builds mitigation plans; monitors progress and reports to stakeholders; facilitates cross-team communication; maintains project documentation; engages stakeholders and drives continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years PM experience, strong PM principles/tools, excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency with project management software and Google Suite, and English; experience with remote, international teams and hardware product development is beneficial. Hybrid work arrangement in Katowice, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years proven experience as a project planner, coordinator, or project management role
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in industry project management software and ability to use Google Suite (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Working proficiency in English required
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with remote, international teams
- Experience in hardware product development and design is nice to have
- Experience in larger industrial products deployment is nice to have
- Familiarity with CE/UL certifications and Design for Quality (DfQ) standards is nice to have
