Job Summary
Project Performance and Business Analytics Administrator to support day-to-day project-related financial and administrative activities across Zagreb, Osijek, and Split. Responsibilities include setup of projects in financial systems and tools, managing the project lifecycle (setup, invoicing, closing), calculating project data, supporting Project Manager with operational/financial activities, interfacing with back-office, procurement, treasury, and accounting, preparing shipment documents, generating monthly/quarterly/annual commercial data and cost status analyses, maintaining contractually relevant documentation, coordinating new/existing client setups, supporting investment and purchasing processes, intercompany data handling, KPI/report preparation focused on finance/operations, monitoring AR/payments, audit support, and producing project status reporting with transparent commercial insights. Requirements include a min. bachelor’s in Finance/Controlling/Accounting, at least 5 years in finance/controlling, SAP experience preferred, IT industry experience an advantage, strong English and Croatian (German/French a plus), and relocation to Croatia with no visa sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or related field
- Min. 5 years of working experience in finance/controlling domain
- Proficiency in English and Croatian - minimum C1 level or fluent
- Additional proficiency in German or French is an advantage
- Relocation to Croatia is mandatory
