Project Partner Operations Lead

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional operational projects from planning through execution to implement new services or improve processes; independently manage relationships with a portfolio of strategic network partners, monitoring their performance against KPIs/SLAs; mentor Network Support Specialists; analyze complex operational data to identify improvement opportunities and present actionable recommendations; coordinate with Partner Managers and other departments (IT, Customer Support, Compliance) to address escalations and implement initiatives; oversee training programs and updated documentation; assist in departmental planning and resource optimization; participate in crisis management and mitigation efforts; pilot new technologies or processes and measure impact before broader rollout; represent the Network Support team in planning meetings; travel internationally as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field (required).
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level (fluent, required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify client needs and connect them with relevant solutions.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
