Job Summary
Oversee global R&D project performance by monitoring milestone adherence, synthesizing complex data into actionable dashboards, and managing risks to protect project value and time-to-market. Identify technical deviations in critical projects and collaborate with R&D teams to mitigate impacts on budget, costs, and intellectual property strategies. Supervise international project advancement across China, Japan, India, Latin America, and the Pacific in coordination with regional heads. Monitor global R&D budgets with finance to prevent variances and propose reallocation opportunities. Translate corporate product requirements into holistic design visions to align innovation stakeholders. Report R&D progress to leadership and facilitate relationships with contract manufacturing organizations.
Required Qualifications
- PhD, VMD, PharmD, MBA or Master
- Confirmed experience in large-scale project management, ideally in the human or animal health industry
- Current English proficiency (indispensable)
- Risk analysis capability

- Good understanding of R&D development stages
