Job Summary
Coordinate marketing projects and workflows for a national nonprofit marketing team. Own marketing project intake, planning, execution, and reporting to improve visibility into priorities, timelines, and workloads, enabling campaigns to move forward efficiently. Manage marketing workflows, templates, timelines, task structures, and status tracking; support vendor and translation coordination and maintain marketing platforms. Proactively identify risks, support meeting cadences, and ensure alignment on priorities. Develop recurring reports and dashboards for campaign summaries, month-over-month, and year-over-year performance; translate data into clear summaries to inform planning and optimization. Bring structure and collaboration to a remote, accountability-driven environment and stay informed on new tools and workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing coordination or marketing operations
- Experience in project coordination
- Experience in agency account management or related function
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on experience with project-management platforms (e.g., monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and support planning, execution, and reporting
- Remote work experience in a collaborative, nonprofit environment
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
