Project & Operations Manager

Job Summary
Create and organize events and projects of all scales, leading teams with a 360-degree approach for complex, multi-stakeholder events. Support existing events by managing communications, onsite logistics, schedules, and providers while handling team processes, budgets, and relationships with HR and Finance. Lead weekly check-ins, coordinate meetings, and manage logistics including venues, F&B, and registration platforms. Coordinate content, conference programs, and sales follow-up via Salesforce, preparing proposals and managing client relationships for co-organizers. Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Operations to update production status, support target audience identification, and manage invitations and confirmations. Work remotely two days per week with a profit-sharing bonus and performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Economics
- Minimum 8 years' experience organizing international conferences, congresses, forums, dealing with public (institutions) and private stakeholders
- Proven track record with international conferences, congresses, forums, and association events, preferably in agency settings
- Strategic problem-solver who excels in high-pressure environments
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of digital tools (MS Office, Monday, Salesforce, Swapcard)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
- Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive
- Adaptable, flexible, and capable of managing changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Committed to delivering high-quality results and maintaining attention to detail
