Project Operations Manager- Generator Division

Project Operations Manager responsible for planning, implementation and tracking of all sales department orders from submittal to project commissioning and close-out, while optimizing project profit. Oversees project management team, conducts performance reviews, ensures documentation of technical requirements, manages invoices and change orders, monitors project progress and costs, and fosters collaboration with customers, vendors and internal departments. Requires university degree in a related subject, 2-3 years project planning experience or 5 years industry experience, 1-3 years of prior management experience, and engineering or related technical experience. Proficiency with MS Office and systems/portals such as GenServ or GenConnect; strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
