Job Summary
Lead the Project Coordinator and Branch Coordinator teams, driving execution across multiple locations to ensure projects progress from readiness through installation and collection. Maximize installation capacity, monitor operational KPIs, and allocate resources based on workload and business priorities. Identify and resolve barriers causing project stalls, improve workflows, and hold team members accountable for results while partnering with General Managers and other operational leaders. This hands-on leadership role supports HANSONS' multi-location home improvement business, requiring 3+ years of operations experience and strong analytical skills. A bonus opportunity and weekly pay are available for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, scheduling, installation operations, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing performance through KPIs, dashboards, or operational scorecards
- Ability to identify problems, establish ownership, and drive solutions through completion
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- High sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through
- Experience supporting multiple locations or markets
- Experience in home improvement, construction, installation, field service, or another high-volume operational environment
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Experience supporting multiple locations or markets is a plus
