Job Summary
Oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track. Coordinate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to streamline communication using digital tools, while identifying bottlenecks to implement solutions that improve project efficiency. Manage resources effectively, track performance data to drive smarter decisions, and serve as a key contact for clients and vendors to ensure transparency. Identify potential risks, troubleshoot challenges, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain compliance with industry standards and MapleCraft's quality expectations. Travel occasionally within your region to visit project sites or meet with teams. Must be based in the U.S. with no sponsorship required; 3+ years of experience in project operations or engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
- 3+ years of experience in project operations, project management, or a related engineering field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar
- Understanding of civil engineering, structural design, or construction processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals and company vision
- Must be able to travel as needed, usually within your region
