Job Summary
Project Officer to support Whole of Gov delivery for NSW Reconstruction Authority. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, resources, and timelines; preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and briefs; engaging with committees and working groups; monitoring progress, analysing data, and reporting milestones and risks; conducting research to support planning and decision-making. Requires proactive problem-solving with experience in project management, technology or reporting initiatives, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to balance priorities in a dynamic, public-sector environment. Role is based in Parramatta/Sydney with a hybrid working arrangement; temporary full-time until May 2027; salary range $113,574–$125,720 plus super. Must be a current NSW Government Public Sector employee and eligible to work in Australia (citizenship/permanent residency or valid Australian working visa).
