Job Summary
Project Officer for the NZ Te Tupu Whakaritorito Psychiatry Interest Forum (NZ PIF) to support development, delivery, and evaluation of program activities in Aotearoa New Zealand. Responsibilities include coordinating projects and events, implementing program activities, preparing reports and evaluations, and building strong relationships with stakeholders such as medical schools, mental health organizations, and student bodies. The role focuses on strengthening the psychiatry workforce and increasing entry into Fellowship training, with a hybrid work model based in Wellington, NZ. Requirements include experience in project/support roles, strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and valid NZ working rights. Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting projects and/or programs, including planning, coordination, reporting, and evaluation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Comfortable working independently and building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Valid working rights in New Zealand.
