Job Summary
Lead and contribute to a broad range of projects across the mental health program, developing and coordinating project plans and facilitating service development and improvement activities in collaboration with key stakeholders. Drive strategic planning, quality and safety initiatives, and continuous improvement aligned with service priorities. Spearhead the development and implementation of identified strategies, plans and projects, including stakeholder consultation, needs analysis and evaluation. Actively support the Lived and Living Experience Workforces in relation to key improvements identified by consumers and families, carers and supporters. Position classifications range from RPN Grade 4 NP75-77 to OT/SW Grade 4 HR9-12 or HR25-28 and Administration Grade 4, with pro rata salary visible in the offer. Location is Fitzroy, Melbourne, with focus on wellbeing, professional development, and a culture of continuous improvement within SVHM across VIC, NSW and QLD ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
- Demonstrated clinical and/or project experience within mental health services
