Job Summary
Deliver Minor New Works and decant projects from initial scoping through to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, time, cost, and quality. Coordinate temporary accommodation, transport, and storage solutions to support operational decant requirements. Manage subcontractors, site activities, and safety processes including method statements and risk assessments to ensure compliance. Engage with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to enable effective project delivery. Ensure works comply with health, safety, environmental, and construction regulations, promoting a safety culture. Manage project financials, reporting, risks, and governance with accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Industry-recognised qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or Facilities Management
- valid UK driving licence
- Experience in project and site management within construction, engineering or facilities management environments
