Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, assist with budget monitoring and financial administration under guidance of the project lead or finance team, maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, serve as a key coordination point between the project team and stakeholders, support planning and execution of project-related events, and ensure project administration aligns with relevant institutional and funding requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Project Management, Communications, Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in project coordination, administration, research administration, academic administration, grant management, or office operations
