Project Officer

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in line with business and client needs. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables while monitoring progress to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines. Lead cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, QA specialists, business analysts, and vendors to ensure effective execution. Manage client and stakeholder relationships, provide regular updates, gather feedback, and ensure expectations are met. Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, implementing appropriate mitigation and escalation actions. Apply Agile methodologies where applicable, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate project closure, client handover, post-project reviews, and implementation of lessons learned. Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and adoption of effective project management tools and delivery practices.
